Super easy check in and check out Staff were available and more than happy to help with anything! - stored our bags for a few hours after check out, extra milk for tea, umbrella to take out with us - really can’t praise the staff enough, very good customer service Great location - walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and beautiful restaurants, also metros stations nearby Good extras - the bathroom had lovely little minis, good hair dryer, free water and fizzy drinks, massive TV with Netflix

An excellent hotel with an excellent location. Very good administrator. Explained everything in detail, helped with parking. The room was overlooking the tower. Opposite the hotel there is a supermarket with everything you need. A large number of cafes. Great place to explore Paris.

We love Paris, and this is our second time staying in this lovely hotel. the staff are amazing we checked in with Diana. and she was a very lovely and she helped us go through the checking with no questions and worries. She was very humble and even my kids love her, thanks diana and thanks to all the staff.

It was one of the most amazing stays I had, we were very close to the Eiffel Tower, and very close to the metro to go anywhere you wanted in Paris. The staff was super friendly the helped me with a lot of things they were more than friendly with me they have welcomed my needs and questions with an open heart, I thank every single one of them for their hard work and competent. As for the room it was so big or so small it was suitable for me, the bed was in a very great size, also the bathroom was really good, the bathroom will look a pit old shape wise but it is great and nothing wrong with it. You also have a very amazing bakery just next to the hotel which will add a very nice taste to your stay. Last but not least if you decide one day to take breakfast from the hotel, which by the way is very good, you can take your breakfast in their outdoor area and enjoy the weather, also when ever you feel like going out of your room and stay somewhere else to drink coffe from your own machine in your room or just to change or relax yourself, you can head down and set where ever you like they are open for you.

Short walk to metro, Eiffel tower and shops. The French love fresh food so you cant go wrong anywhere you eat. Be prepared to make reservations if you want to sit at a table. Otherwise, you will be sitting next to others. Reservations usually start at 7pm. People are friendly and engaging in conversation. I would go back.
